Mary T. Roche is running for re-election to the 2010 City Council. This visionary leader with her proven track-record of results-oriented, consensus- building, and fiscal-minded management will continue her deep commitment to the city of Indian Wells.

Ten years ago, Mary T. Roche embraced a vision for Indian Wells:

“An International Resort Destination and Sports Mecca—renowned for its prestige, locale, luxury hotels, world class golf, and the highest quality of residential life.”

Her eight years of service as Mayor and Council Member evidenced the fulfillment of this vision. Indian Wells, “the smallest city in the Coachella Valley,” has achieved the illustrious reputation of being the desert’s international destination resort of choice, and it will remain in the “spotlight” for years to come. Building this image took years in the making. And as quoted by Mary several years ago, “a destination resort is more than just a group of luxury hotels—people must be attracted to the place….”
